Create a tag. Requires the tags_create workplace permission. A workplace can have up to 100 tags.

The tag's name. Between 1 and 32 characters. Must be unique in the workplace, regardless of capitalization.

The tag's color.

The tag's slug. Lowercase letters, numbers, and underscores, up to 32 characters. Must be unique in the workplace. Defaults to the name in lowercase, with each run of other characters replaced by _. Can't be changed later.
